your trip includes:

  • 10 Nights/11 days accommodation in your own villa or suite at beautiful Bali resorts. Pricing is based on single occupancy, and thus you will have your OWN space (unless you and a friend/partner/spouse/child choose to share a room).
  • all breakfasts, 5 lunches, and 5 dinners
  • several morning and evening yoga practices led by Serena
  • Day trips and excursions led by our Balinese friends, including ceremonies and meals in their village
  • Your choice of a sunrise hike up Mt. Batur (an active volcano), or a morning at the resort's spa
  • a morning market tour and Balinese cooking class
  • rituals at Balinese temples
  • visits with Balinese artisans
  • full moon performance of the lively Bali kecak dance
  • surprise goodies (we'd tell you what they were, but then they wouldn't be a surprise!)
  • plenty of free time for your own Bali magic (such as: rice-field bike rides, spa services, ferry rides to small islands)
  • transportation for all planned group activities, and transportation from and to the airport on scheduled trip dates (if you are arriving earlier, or staying longer--you can expect to pay about $35 for a ride to/from the airport)
  • post-retreat assistance if you want to enjoy more time in Bali on your own

you are responsible for:

  • Airfare to and from Denpasar International Airport (DPS)
  • Meals not included in the trip (5 lunches & 5 dinners)
  • Wine, cocktails, or beer at group meals (your choice, of course)
  • Additional excursions and activities of your own choosing (e.g. snorkeling, diving, spa services)
  • Obtaining a valid passport (for U.S. citizens, Indonesia requires a passport with at least six months remaining before the expiration date)
  • Cost for a tourist visa to Indonesia (you get this when you land in Bali, and it costs about $35)
  • Medical and Trip Insurance (optional, but highly recommended, and something you can purchase with your airplane ticket)
  • Personal Laundry services (these are inexpensive and provided at all places we are staying)
  • Telephone Calls (though the best way to keep in touch with those at home is through Skype or other similar programs. You'll have access to WiFi in your villas/rooms)
  • tips at your discretion (tips in Bali are not usually expected, but welcome in some situations)

full payment

  • We have created this trip based on single-occupancy. $2850 is the total price for one person. You can bring a friend, and share your room, for an additional $1850. That makes the total trip cost for two: $4700, or $2350 each.
  • $500, per person, of this is non-refundable upon booking.

partial payments

Want a little more time to pay for your trip? No problem. Here's the schedule:

If you are coming on your own, you'll pay $2850 in three installments:

  • $500 non-refundable deposit upon booking
  • $1,175 due October 2, 2017
  • $1,175 due February 16, 2018

If you are coming with a friend and splitting the total cost of $4700, each of you would pay the following:

  • $500 non-refundable deposit upon booking
  • $925 due October 2, 2017
  • $925 due February 16, 2018

All listed prices are for payment by cash or check. If paying by credit card, there is an additional 3% processing fee.
